After leaving a career in business, I went back to school at the University of Minnesota and obtained my degree in mathematics education. While in Minnesota I taught in two inner city public schools for six years. In 1996, I moved to Idaho and began teaching at Capital High School. In conjunction with my teaching, I attended BSU and earned my master’s degree in curriculum and instruction. I have taught classes from remedial math through advanced placement statistics. When I am not teaching I enjoy playing classical music (on the piano and cello) and being active outdoors.
