Golden Eagle Booster Club

The Golden Eagle Booster Club was formed in 2003 to support Capital High School’s Academics, Activities, and Athletics. The booster club supports the school in the following ways -

  • organize volunteers for events, such as registration and picture day,
  • sell spirit wear at live events, such as football games and back-to-school night,
  • promote school community among the students, parents, and staff by hosting events, such as the Homecoming Tailgate Party,
  • promote enthusiasm for the school by providing Future Eagle shirts that are distributed to the students at Capital’s feeder schools,
  • provide financial support to the administration, teachers and coaches with funds raised through spirit wear sales, Fred Meyer rewards, and fundraising,
  • coordinate online fundraising for the Capital Cares Fund which provides resources to the school’s social worker,
  • coordinate online fundraising for the annual graduation party and provide logistical support to the parent organizing committee,
  • create a bridge between our current students and our alumni by recognizing distinguished alumni for their personal, professional, or civic accomplishments since graduating from Capital, and
  • administer the Facebook Group, Capital High School Alumni & Friends.
