Pam Arriola

My name is Pam Arriola and I am the sports medicine program instructor and the head athletic trainer for Capital High School.  I graduated from Boise State University with a BS in Athletic Training and a BS in K-12 Physical Education. I have a Masters of PE, with an emphasis in Athletic Administration from Idaho State University. In order to teach Health Occupations/Profession I also received a specialist’s certificate in Sports Medicine from the University of Idaho. I have all of the state universities covered. After I earned my Athletic training degree, II worked at BSU as a graduate assistant athletic trainer covering women’s basketball. I started at Capital High School in 1993 and was a teacher/head athletic trainer here until 2006.  I then stayed home with my children when they were younger and once they were both in school, I went back to work at Mountain View High School in Meridian.  I was at MVHS for 3 years, when the opportunity to return to Capital became available.  I jumped at the chance to come back to Capital and I’m loving it.
